Too funny not to share. Received this in an email today:
"Those two books* you loaned me were like people who got really high and tried to explain why they think reading is so awesome. Like how people do with a song they really like….except these people were good writers, not stoned teenagers."
*The two books in question are favourites of mine! How to Read and Why by Harold Bloom and Ex Libris by Anne Fadiman.
