Cooking

This weekend, I made:

-Quinoa Muffins
-Muesli Breakfast Bars
-Fettucine with Figs and Goat Cheese
-Apple-Carrot Soup with Coriander and Cumin
-Rosemary and Red Wine Pot Roast
and an Apple Pie (with homemade crust!)

I don't think I've ever cooked so much in one weekend! But it was fun. And now our freezer is really full, despite the fact that I fed four people last night.

Oh, and grocery shopping with a smartphone? Awesome.

"I need six ounces for my recipe. How many grams is that?" (There's an app for that.)

"The chicken is on sale. Should I buy two packs or one? How long do chicken breasts keep in the freezer?" (Thank you Google.)
